  • Area Applicability: The mentioned price Per SFT applies to projects with a slab area of over 3,000 SFT.
  • Design Scope: This package is tailored for Duplex Home Construction. Customized quotes will be provided for rental buildings or multi-unit structures per floor.
▼ Exclusions from Packages
  • Borewell: Borewell installation is not included in the package.
  • Interiors: Interior design and execution are excluded from the package.
  • Compound Wall: The construction of the compound wall and gate is not part of the package.
  • Electrical Meters: Electrical meters and meter boxes are not included in the package.
  • Electrical Fittings: Items such as Tube lights, bulbs, fans, chimneys, exhaust fans, inverters, generators, air conditioners, coolers, etc., are not included in the packages.
  • Site & Road Level: It is assumed that the site and road levels are the same. Any level differences requiring additional structures will incur extra charges.
  • Rock Excavation: Any hard or soft rock excavation, if required, will be charged extra.
  • Earthwork: Costs for procuring new Soil or disposing of existing Soil for excavation or backfilling will be charged on actuals.
  • Additional Works: Any work not specified in this package or outside the site boundary will incur additional charges.
  • Utilities: The client must provide one point of electricity and water free of cost for construction purposes.
  • Soil Bearing Capacity (SBC): The SBC of the soil is assumed to be 180 KN/M², with the foundation depth at 5 feet. Any increase in depth due to site conditions will be charged accordingly.
  • Material Delivery Constraints: If materials need to be ordered in smaller quantities due to site constraints, additional charges will apply based on actual costs.
  • Labor & Material Shed: A designated area for labor and material sheds must be provided by the client within 50 feet of the construction site.
  • Road Cutting Charges: Costs for road cutting related to electricity and sewage line connections are not included and will be charged separately.
  • Material Specifications: The material specifications listed are general and may vary depending on the floor plan.
  • Government Fees: Liaison fees for government bodies must be paid directly by the client.
  • Plan Sanction Fees: All fees for plan sanction within Panchayat limits are to be borne by the client.
  • Elevation: Elevations with CNC cutting jalli/ RCC pegolas/ MS pergolas will be charged extra.
